The NC7SP125 is a single buffer with 3-state output, part of ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra Low Power (ULP) family. Suitable for applications where battery life is critical, this product features ultra-low power consumption over a VCC operating range of 0.9V to 3.6V. The internal circuitry consists of a minimal buffer stage, including output buffers, for ultra-low static and dynamic power consumption.
