The NC7SP04 is a single-channel inverter, part of the Ultra Low Power (ULP) series from Fairchild TinyLogic. Ideal for applications where battery life is critical, this product is designed for ultra-low power consumption over a 0.9V to 3.6V operating range. The internal circuitry consists of a minimum number of inverter stages (including output buffers) to achieve ultra-low quiescent and dynamic power. The NC7SP04 (suitable for lower drive requirements) is uniquely designed to optimize power and speed, and is fabricated using advanced CMOS technology to achieve best-in-class high-speed operation while maintaining extremely low CMOS power consumption.
