The NC7SZ04 is ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra High Speed Series single inverter. The device is fabricated using an advanced CMOS process that enables ultra-high speed and high output drive while maintaining low static power consumption over a very wide VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate from 1.65 to 5.5V VCC. When VCC is 0V, the input and output are high impedance. The input is tolerant to 5.5V regardless of VCC operating voltage.

The MC10/100EP33 is an integrated divide-by-4 divider. Differential clock input. Only the VBB pin, the internally generated supply voltage, is provided for this device. For the single-ended input case, the unused differential input is tied to VBB as the switch reference voltage. VBB can also re-bias the AC-coupled input. When used, decouple VBB and VCC through a 0.01 uF capacitor and limit the current source or sink to 0.5mA. VBB should be left open when not in use. The reset pin is asynchronous and asserted on the rising edge. On power up, the internal flip-flop will reach a random state; reset to synchronize multiple EP33s in a system. The 100 series includes temperature compensation.

The VHCT574A is an advanced high-speed CMOS octal flip-flop fabricated in silicon-gate CMOS technology with 3-state output. It achieves high-speed operation similar to the equivalent bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining low power consumption in CMOS. The 8-bit D-type flip-flop is controlled by a clock input (CP) and an output-enable input (OE#). When the OE# input is high, the eight outputs are in a high-impedance state. The input protection circuit ensures that 0 to 7V can be applied to the input and output (Note 1) pins regardless of the supply voltage. This device can be used to interface 5V to 3V systems and two power systems such as backup batteries. This circuit prevents damage to the device due to mismatch between power supply and input voltage.
